Job Summary: Supporting the CEO and COO of the company, the Executive Administrator works independently performing a wide range of sophisticated and confidential administrative/clerical support duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities: * Plan and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel for executives. * Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms onsite and off for executive meetings. * Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. * Maintains files, travel preference and personal information on executives for concierge level service related to travel and general assistance. * Maintains executive's confidentiality and protects their time, schedule, and travel. * Completes projects in the order of importance on time. * Secures information by completing database and paper backups. * Provides historical reference by developing and using filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions. * Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies. * Maintain executives' offices and their supplies. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * On call during executive travel to assist as needed.
