Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects for client relationships, establishing a trusted advisor role with clients

  • Responsible for developing new business and new initiatives, serving as strategic advisor to clients

  • Responsible in monitoring and taking action in growing profitability and P&L responsibility for the country

  • Lead, engage and oversee development of overall retirement team

  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in building market presence

  • Keep updated with new market developments and recognize these issues in client situation

  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring of the team

  • Review junior team members’ analysis work and act as technical review for client deliverables

  • Support, improve, develop and share technical expertise in technical areas with team members

  • Provide expertise in multi-country projects which include knowledge of local market statutory and market practice conditions

  • Develop solutions and recommendations to address the issues of client specific employee benefit programs for special projects including mergers and acquisitions; benefit plan strategy, design and set-up

  • Aon United advocate by working collaboratively across other lines of business

  • Be part of the R&I Asia Pacific leadership team and participate actively in regional initiatives
