Reporting to Head of Customer Digital Solutions, the Digital Enterprise Architect will play a leading role in ConvaTec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels. The role will focus on driving the technology strategy vision for the Omnichannel Digital Portfolio covering Sales, Marketing, Service and Digital Health Solutions. ​

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vision and thought leadership to define technology strategy in the Customer Facing Digital Domain​

• Work with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define user stories.​

• Takes responsibility of overseeing quality of E2E platform solution architectures, working on key elements of Integration, Data and Security Design​

• Provide expert guidance to the engineering teams and act as the TDA and visionary for MACH Architecture​

• Ability and willingness to create solution architecture artifacts when required​

• Play a lead role in engaging with DPO, Security, Infrastructure, BI architect teams and suppliers to define solutions, resolve issues, obtain agreement in implementation strategies and create greenfield architectures​

• Be a leader in the Enterprise Architecture Council and contribute towards the holistic full value chain business enterprise architecture​

• Line management of: Advanced Data Analytics Architect, Digital CRM Solutions Architect and Digital Solutions Architects

Capabilities & Competencies​

• Expert on modern digital MACH and integration architecture concepts​

• Excellent business acumen and understating of Marketing, Sales and Service capabilities​

• Consultative approach with blend of pragmatism and assertiveness​

• Strategic thinker, able to see and articulate the big picture to business and IT stakeholders​

• Leadership quality’s to steer solution architecture and engineering​

Experience

• Previously held a leading role in Digital Transformation is essential​

• Digital technology implementations, D365 CRM, Marketing Automation, Mobile App, Web Content personalisation, Cookie & Consent management​

• Experience with a modern DXP would be beneficial (EpiServer, Optimisely, Sitecore etc.)​

• Understanding of master data, data analytics & AI/ML solutions would be desirable​

• Experience of Digital Healthcare solutions would be beneficial
