Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality management team and ensure the flawless execution of quality control processes

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Regularly perform audits and assessments to evaluate the efficiency of quality systems and discover areas for improvement

• Offer guidance and support to colleagues within the organization to ensure compliance with quality standards and effective methods

• Design and implement training programs aimed at improving the organization's quality focus and abilities

• Keep up with industry trends and advancements to identify effective strategies and implement them within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred

• Proven experience in quality management within the healthcare industry

• Excellent knowledge in English language and local language

• Demonstrated expertise in quality control standards, regulations, and effective methodologies

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine root causes and implement effective solutions

• Ambitious and focused on achieving and exceeding quality objectives

• Exceptional ability to communicate and work well with others across various levels of the organization
