TURNERS FALLS Reliable Temps is searching for a Shipper to join their Day Shift! Starting Wage: \$19/hr 1st Shift: 5am-5pm (work 15 days a month) Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Responsibilities/Expectations Correctly identify all raw material, finished goods, cores, packaging items, and can confirm receipts of any articles. Deliver all articles to correct location/person as needed. Receive materials in DTR for labeling an invoicing Basic Venture understanding and open to learning the computer programs associated with the shipping department. Loads and unloads trailers accurately - can follow a provided load list accurately Assists in housekeeping, maintaining, and organizing the warehouse Assists with required finished goods and resin inventory Provides support to Material Handling, Rewinder and Reprocessing when necessary Work as a team player to reach consistent output goals Maintaining a safe workspace and commitment to following safety protocol Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers Maintain production volume and efficiency Qualifications/Preferred Skills High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to pass pre employment drug screen Basic computer knowledge Benefits Upon Hire Over 401k Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Tuition reimbursement 2 weeks vacation within the first year Holiday pay Paid parental leave Voluntary overtime Performance-based bonus opportunities Job Location: Turners Falls, MA
