We're looking for a self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset to drive innovation.

The Studio Operations Associate partners with internal business contacts to identify efficiencies in workflows and communicates with team members to improve processes. This role contributes to the flow of moving large volumes of products between the fulfillment center and Studio. This person will be responsible for studio throughput by fulfilling business requests, utilize appropriate digital asset management tools, as well as identify roadblocks and improvement opportunities. Additionally, this person will oversee product tracking through our imaging pipeline, leveraging advanced computer skills to optimize efficiency and innovation.

Key job responsibilities

・Execute on business metrics such as: placing an order for product transfer from fulfillment center and support the efficient flow of products to the studio.

・Look for process improvement opportunities to streamline, increase productivity, or reduce defects; define and implement projects to address those needs.

・Utilize appropriate digital asset management techniques, including but not limited to, advanced Excel pivot and vlookup, to track products between the Fulfillment Centers and studio.

・Coordinate with the operations team to implement continual system innovations.

Support development of standard operating procedures

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)

· Business Level Japanese (speaking, reading and writing)

· Basic Level English (reading)

· Ability to learn and master proprietary internal tools

· Technology experience on the Windows PC platform

· Productivity-focused and proven to be a quick problem solver

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable in a culture of continuous change

· Ability to effectively and efficiently complete challenging goals or assignments within a defined SLA

· Passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintaining composure in difficult situations.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in a high-volume commercial studio, or familiarity with online retail (e-commerce industry) commercial studio production, or related field

· Basic SQL and/or Python

· Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of products, using prioritization, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines
