宿泊部長のパーソナルアシスタントとして、秘書業務兼宿泊部門の業務をサポートする仕事です。

≪仕事内容≫

客室部長のサポート、付随する一般事務、購買、スケジュール管理などをご担当頂きます。

客室部全体がシームレスなオペレーションを確保できる様、会議の場で翻訳サポートを提供いただく場合もあります。

■ 電話およびEメールによるメッセージの対応

■ 毎月の部門スケジュールの作成

■ 部門長から指示されたプロジェクトのサポート

■ 事務用品の十分な在庫確認と発注

《必須要件》

■ ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力

■ 宿泊部門での業務経験(1年以上)

■ OAスキル(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

■ 柔軟かつ主体的に動ける方
