JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs as a team lead for the Payment Processing and Fund Distribution Process and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy problem solving and working with others to improve operational processes, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Creating and communicating strategic and operational work plans.

  • Gathering and analyzing information to solve problems and make decisions.

  • Documenting workflows and creating procedural materials.

  • Coordinating business activities with internal and external partners.

  • Preparing and presenting recommendations for process improvement.

  • Facilitating and leading meetings.

  • Serving as lead for developing and implementing improvement projects.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • One year of experience writing in a business setting.

  • Two years of experience serving as project team lead or project manager.

    SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • Educational coursework producing research, composition, or academic essays may be substituted for one year of experience writing. Coursework experience must be clearly stated in the application or resume and verifiable through transcripts to qualify for this substitution.

    Note: If relevant education is used for the required experience, a copy of your transcript is required when you are invited to the interview.

    PREFERENCES:

  • Experience working in a State, Federal, or Tribal Child Support Agency.

  • Experience working in Child Support Payment Processing operations.

    SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached.

  • There will be no skills verification test, however there is a work sample exercise immediately following the interview. Candidates will be provided the details when they are invited for an interview.

    SALARY: $51,320.28 - $69,075.12 /Annually.
