Pretendemos admitir um(a) profissional experiente na função de Comercial de Grandes Projetos Nacionais para integrar o nosso departamento de Novos Equipamentos , na Zona da Grande Lisboa ou Grande Porto.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Prospeção de negócio, gestão e acompanhamento em fase de projeto;

• Identificação e aconselhamento técnico especializado de novos projetos;

• Visitas e acompanhamento de clientes nas áreas da promoção, construção, arquitetura e engenharia;

• Elaboração de estudos e propostas comerciais de grandes projetos;

• Gestão de uma Carteira de Negociações;

• Negociação junto de clientes.

• Implementar uma estratégia de negócio de forma a maximizar a probabilidade de sucesso nas melhores condições;

PERFIL:

• Licenciatura numa das seguintes áreas: Engenharia, Arquitetura, Comunicação, Marketing ou Gestão; (preferencial)

• Experiência mínima de 2 anos na atividade comercial ou gestão projetos;

• Boa capacidade de comunicação e de construir soluções de ganho Mútuo;

• Bons conhecimentos de informática e de língua inglesa;

• Aptidão e motivação pela área comercial e pelo contacto direto com o cliente;

• Boa capacidade de organização e sentido de responsabilidade;

• Autonomia, espírito de iniciativa, criativo e atitude proativa;

• Disponibilidade de efetuar deslocações no territorio nacional.

• Residência no Grande Porto ou Grande Lisboa

• Carta de condução (obrigatório).
