onsemi Demand Planning Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

The Demand Team, organized by the division, is a crucial part of our business operations. This team is responsible for both the unconstrained and constrained demand plan. They advocate for the Business Unit (BU) and drive “bottom-up” Ship Review revenue/WOI inputs. They also coordinate the BOQ (Beginning of Quarter) process with BU and Sales. In collaboration with the Supply Team, the Demand Team plays a key role in creating Unconstrained Rationalized Demand Plan (URDP) by mapping the landscape of current demand projections, and implementing forecast adjustments based upon various product, market, and customer trends.

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for facilitating the demand planning processes, including BOQ, for the Supply Chain Organization. This role involves working closely with Sales and Business Units to coordinate the update of the Consensus Demand Plan and Unconstrained Rationalized Demand Plan. The primary role is to act as a coordinator, facilitator, and problem solver throughout the BOQ calendar.
