Our client is a fast-growing and prestigious Venture Capital Firm!

Day to day of the role:

• Collect and provide financial information to Fund Admin for quarterly financial reporting

• Assist with annual audits by managing auditor information requests, drafting footnotes, and requesting information from our Fund Admin

• Assist with annual K-1 reporting and tax return information requests

• Track investment information and valuation updates within portfolio database

• Building Relationships with LPs

  Requirements

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a great executive team and mentorship.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience (can be from VC/PE/hedge); huge plus if they’ve worked in public accounting prior

• Also open to people straight out of public accounting

• Must be knowledgeable with Excel (vlookup, pivot table)
