RGP Controller in San Antonio, Texas
You will assist in achieving the company’s vision, mission and financial objectives through the optimization of financial processes and management decision-making through the reporting of accurate and timely financial information. You will guide, develop and support the accounting team to be goal-oriented contributors on a team committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a well-established, highly regarded company.
FOCUS
Oversee the operations of the accounting and finance related departments
Oversee the accounting operations of all companies, including transaction-processing and internal controls
Manage the month-end close process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information provided to management as well as external users
Direct and manage all attestation work performed at fiscal year ends
Review financial reporting prepared on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis prior to submitting to CFO for final review and signing of certifications
Monthly financial results communicated timely each month, quarter and year end
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting—CPA a plus
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Controller, healthcare a plus
Strong technical accounting experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail/high level of accuracy
Flexible, strategic team player with high integrity and ethical standards
