We are seeking a highly motivated upbeat, friendly, and approachable individual to work in an on-site position within a highly customer service-oriented environment. The incumbent would provide support for Windows and MacOS workstations, specialized software, iOS tablets, printers, network configurations, etc.Customer interaction and support must be provided in a timely professional manner. The incumbent must be highly skilled in IT support and be knowledgeable in a wide variety of hardware, OS, software, networking and troubleshooting tasks. The incumbent must be detail oriented, adept at following processes, write documentation, be a team player, and work with others to train or be trained on unique systems.This position requires a continued learning effort, must be able to do research for supporting new and old software, adapt to different client needs and, perform other duties as assigned. This position must be available 24x7, be available to work after hours as needed and be in an on-call rotation.
