Account Manager

Master Builders Solutions in Norway is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our valued customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will focus on applying your product and technical know-how and experience to offer best in class solutions to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trainings to promote our products and services.

  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Travel to customer sites within your assigned territory as needed.

  • Minimum education level is a bachelor’s degree within relevant field, alternatively a technical education supplemented with several years of working experience within the relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with working with concrete (production of concrete, prefabricated concrete parts or concrete application of fresh concrete)

  • Experience from a sales or commercial role is a merit

  • Thorough knowledge of the building and construction industry and local market

  • Strong customer and commercial focus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build professional network

  • Good structure in working manner and self-leadership

  • Proactive and self-driven

  • Result oriented with strong negotiation skills

  • Convincing manner in different environments

  • Ability and willingness to learn

  • IT system savvy (MS Office, CRM systems)

  • Driver’s license
