Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

In this role you will have the chance to join our Electrical Products (EP) team and be a part of our success story in the Middle East region based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Your role’s main responsibilities and experience shall cover but not limited to the following:

• Maximize market exploitation for LV Electrical Products portfolio (e.g., Circuit Breakers, Switches, Motor Feeders, ...etc.) in contracting and panel building businesses.

• Secure the sales KPI’s assigned to different sales channels across the kingdom.

• Facilitate all kinds of support for contractors, end users and panel builders across the kingdom including the support in evaluating and defining the right partners and solutions from Siemens.

• Take care of the market intelligence regularly to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge base on LV market segments, potentials, prices, competitors, applications, …etc.

• Support product marketing activities to meet the market expectations and demands and ensure the utilization and the implementation of Siemens LV products and solutions (i.e., Via product presentations & seminars).

• Increase Siemens visibility and accessibility to local networks of contractors, end users and panel builders, along with building and developing sustainable business relationships.

• Define and develop new business channels for control & power distribution applications.

• Develop projects pipeline for Siemens and channel partners, ensuring the right selectivity with the best data quality.

• Actively drive the projects with all stakeholders across the whole sales process via a proactive approach.

• Drive and secure the required product approvals and prequalification processes, fulfilling all the steps with the required documentation (e.g., Certificates, reference projects, ...etc.).

• The ideal candidate will be key element in supporting sales, technical, and project teams in all business development and application support activities.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• Approved degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• 7 - 10 years of experience in business development roles including the functions of sales, marketing, and technical support.

• Proven experience in LV/MV business fields along with the related market intelligence.

• Advanced technical knowledge about electrical networks and low voltage products and systems.

• Deep knowledge of different market sectors including power utilities, process industries and construction.

• Professional experience in managing different business channels.

• Proven experience of working in multicultural environments.

• Outstanding management skills, strong sales personality, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong presentation skills with proven experience.

• Flexible ability for working in a team environment whether as a team player or a team leader.

• Strategic thinking along with advanced problem-solving techniques.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
