Senior NetSuite Administrat or

Sprinklr is in search of a rock star NetSuite Administrator to join our Business Systems and Apps team.

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of complex NetSuite configurations. He/she/they will play a key role in maximizing the efficiency and scalability of the system to support our growing organization.

Location: Remote/flexible

About the Role :

  • System Administration : Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the NetSuite system, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations. Serve as point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex system-related issues, providing advanced technical support to users.

  • Configuration and Customization : Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite to align with business processes, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements, new modules, and integrations as needed.

  • Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through system improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business processes using NetSuite automation, scripting, and workflows.

  • Integration and Data Management : Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Monitor data quality and integrity, conducting regular audits and implementing data cleanup processes as necessary.

  • Training and Knowledge Sharing : Assist in development of training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on NetSuite functionalities, best practices, and new features. Act as a mentor to junior administrators, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning within the team.

  • Security and Compliance : Ensure compliance with security policies, controls, and best practices related to NetSuite access, data privacy, and system usage. Stay updated on NetSuite updates and security features, implementing necessary patches and upgrades to maintain a secure environment.

  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, procedures, and system configurations. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and key metrics.

About You :

  • Minimum of 7 years hands-on direct responsibility administering NetSuite OneWorld, preferably in a senior or lead rolein a global / multi-bookstructure.

  • In-depth experience withAdvanced Revenue Management (ARM) module, including itemconfiguration, fair value price records, FV formulas and reporting.

  • Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, scripts, custom records, and fields.

  • Experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

  • Experience with Zone Advanced Billing desirable.

  • NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience in integrating NetSuite with other applications and managing data migration projects.

  • Experience in technology industry.

  • Familiarity with ITGC (IT General Controls) and SOX environments.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a teamand collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Willing, positive attitude.

Compensation Range

$110,000 - $146,000 - $183,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
