Job Description

SS&C Technologies Inc., a world leading provider of comprehensive financial management systems and services is looking for experienced individuals to join the firm’s Precision LM Professional Services team in the role of Commercial Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist. The Commercial Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist is a key, client facing role, responsible for providing product support to clients utilizing SS&Cs Loan Servicing platform, Precision LM. The Commercial Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will collaborate with both internal resources and external clients to aid in the successful utilization of Precision Loan, and Agency markets. The successful candidate will have a strong loan background and the ability to interact with clients

We are looking for technical savvy Technical Client Service Analyst to join our Client Service team providing technical support to our LM Precision clients. This position can be located as remote role within the US.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across a broad range of solutions to our clients

  • Provide support for clients reporting technical or solution issues

  • Interact with clients to help troubleshoot and resolve technical or solution problems or issues

  • Diagnose and resolve client questions or problems via various support platforms related to system configurations and setup, product functionality, bugs and enhancement requests.

  • Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of client problems or issues

  • Document problems and solutions to on how to properly address client or product problems for widespread use throughout the support team

  • Stay abreast of current technology in solutions, design changes, and new solutions offered.

  • Correctly transfer issues that require more detailed analysis to more experienced associates; engage Development, IT and other cross-function teams as appropriate

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment

  • SSRS reports or SQL database knowledge preferred

  • Ability to manage high pressure client situations and build trust with the clients.

  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences

  • Ability to communicate well with both internal and external audiences using excellent interpersonal, client management and communications skills

  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to details

  • Commercial Loan Servicing experience
