We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Business Operations Program Manager within the Industry & Partner Sales (IPS) Strategy & Operations team! Reporting to the Director of IPS Strategy and Operations, this role will be responsible for providing project and program management leadership across a diverse range of strategic IPS business functions including compliance, commercial planning, systems/BI (Business Intelligence) enablement, change management, and new/evolving strategic initiatives as prioritized. Working closely with HR, Finance, and other key business partners across IPS/MCAPS, you will not only drive significant business impact for IPS, but also enable organizational clarity, effectiveness and impact across our teams.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sr. Business Operations Program Manager you will deliver comprehensive program management of IPS’ core compliance function and aligned workstreams. Working in close partnership with IPS/MCAPS teams and key business partners, you will drive cross-org coordination and execution of core compliance rhythms, requirements/actions, reporting/Exec status updates, etc. on time and with quality.

  • Serve as a program manager across IPS fiscal year commercial planning and landing engines. Working in close partnership with the Director of IPS Planning and Operations, cross-IPS teams, cross-MCAPS teams and key business partners, you will execute planning, setup (e.g., IPS planning infrastructure, project plans, templates, etc.), and overall status reporting/communications to ensure core planning milestones are achieved on time and with quality.

  • Execute program management across a defined change management scope/function for IPS, in alignment with MCAPS commercial planning/landing requirements as well as IPS-driven org changes (as prioritized).

  • Lead, implement and/or manage strategic IPS programs or initiatives (as prioritized) to drive operational excellence that empowers our sales organization at scale. Core responsibilities include:

  • Identifying key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights, and proficient business acumen

  • Performing landscape research and analysis (e.g., cross-IPS, cross-MCAPS, cross-MSFT) to drive scoping and solution recommendations for key program/operational priorities

  • Defining project/program requirements and creating project plan(s), timelines, communication rhythms/deliverables, status/risk management protocols and success measures/KPIs (key performace indicators ) to ensure teams align and execute on a clear plan of record

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to 1) build consensus across key program/initiative goals and strategies and 2) ensure programmatic and/or business processes are rigorous, executed on-time/on-plan- with operational excellence

  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders/partners to define and execute landing plans, leveraging industry change management methodologies to meet audience/user change needs and achieve optimal change outcomes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

  • OR equivalent experience.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
