SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER - Team Lead
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to enhance signals and optimize performance across the supply chain.
Monitor and adjust parameters within the planning system for efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive short-term tactical improvements.
Execute daily operational planning processes within specified functional areas.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain failures, minimizing associated risks.
Drive consistency in planning signals across the supply chain.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Minimal to intermediate level of experience in supply chain roles.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in materials planning systems and tools.
Experience in metrics analysis and reporting, preferably with Xelus, GOMS, and aftermarket material planning.
Experience:
Minimal to intermediate level of experience in supply chain roles.
Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with metrics analysis and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Licensing may be necessary for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
