Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support solutions developed using the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint online

• Utilize the project management methodology to lead projects, deliver solutions.

• Pursue continuous learning consistent with evolving job requirements, ongoing changes in technology, and changes in the organization.

• Supervise one or more developers to implement and support deployed solutions.

• Establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder and super-user interaction to champion the Microsoft Power Platform tools and expand utilization at the location.

• Support and serve as a Microsoft Power Platform subject matter expert by proactively developing, coordinating, and providing on-going training, functional, and technical direction to the super-users (citizen developers) to enable a self-service environment

• As an internal consultant, develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes in area(s) of assignment; participate in, and learn how to perform, the analysis of the customer's processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a position of leadership / influence (defined as supervising direct reports or being a project team lead)

• Overall 8+ years' experience in M365 suit which may include SharePoint Intranet portals, Modern Pages, OOB Webparts, Microsoft SharePoint workflow process and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate ,Power BI)

• Solid understanding and proven experience to work with M365 technologies, SharePoint Online, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Power BI .

• Experience in new technology: React, Jquery, SPFx, Azure DevOps, Azure functions, Github and other programing languages.

• Experience in C#, ASP.Net, Web services, deployment on Azure.

• Knowledge about Azure AD, Azure services, Authentication.

• Experience in Power Pages, Model Driven apps, bots will be considered as add on.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a key success factor.

• Proficiency with SQL and database query tools (SQL Developer and/or SQL )

• Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices including firewall rules, Active Directory, and row-level security

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
