* Add and maintain metrics, events, and alerts for our CDN and WAF systems.

* Improve the automation tools for deploying changes using infrastructure as code.

* Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of CDN and WAF services.

* Enhance and refine both unit and integration testing practices to ensure high reliability and functionality of the CDN and WAF services.

* Perform code reviews, focused on security and quality.

* Establish and maintain documentation, including how to test and deploy changes.

* Stay updated with the latest security practices, protocols, and industry trends.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or quality assurance. (someone on the CDN side, understands networks, a sys admin or network admin that moved into a devops role. Or a f5 engineer background would work)

* Experience deploying to and managing cloud systems.

* Proficiency with DevOps tools and methodologies, and a proven track record of deploying and maintaining critical infrastructure.

* Experience with Cloudflare, Cloudfront, Akamai, or another cloud CDN and firewall vendor.

* Familiarity with implementing rulesets for Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

* Familiarity with Python, C#, Java, SAML, Kubernetes, microservice architecture, React, Angular. (the environment in C# and Java)

* Need to be able deploy infra as code in a cloud environment. Experience with multiple different types of cloud environments, not just one (Aws, azure, gcp ect).

* GIThub actions, Harness (big plus) Jenkins, azure pipelines- any tool really works

* Plusses:
