Duolingo, Inc. is seeking multiple Product Managers, User Growth (Pittsburgh, PA) to apply engineer-level data analysis skills to evaluate product and market metrics to optimize for user growth. Design short and long term product development strategies geared to enable user acquisition in key markets; With an understanding of the technical architecture of modern consumer mobile and web apps, guide the design, implementation, and analysis of innovative products. Work with designers, engineers, and the marketing team to develop a roadmap for user growth and retention. Collaborate on mocks, usability studies, and product tradeoffs that inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and growth. Maximize the efficiency of the engineering team while maintaining flexibility in planning and processes. Manage cross-organizational collaboration with marketing and business development and manage external expectations. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Must have knowledge or coursework in: Data Analytics; Probability Theory; Hypothesis Testing; User Growth; A/B Testing; Statistics; Competitive Advantage; Regression Analysis; and Programming Language R.
