Rapidly growing premier designer, manufacturer and installer of highly engineered exterior daylighting window, skylight, canopy and curtainwall systems located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting for a Shop Labor Position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fabricate and assemble metal, polycarbonate, and glass building systems utilizing hand and stationary power tools.
• Read shop fabrication drawings and fabricate pieces accordingly.
• Pattern layout in various materials.
• Clean and maintain shop equipment and tools
• Wrapping, packing and crating of completed components

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in fabricated metal framing systems or similar light manufacturing and assembly
• Valid Pa. drivers license
• Ability to work with both stationary power equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand shop fabrication drawings.
• Ability to pass drug testing

DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS:

• Carpentry skills a plus
• CNC router operation experience a plus.
• Motivated desire to learn new skills and advance.
