How will you make an impact in this role?

This role is responsible for leading the Delta American Express Co-Brand Card portfolio. The senior manager will play a meaningful role in supporting the growth of the portfolio by driving product strategy, managing partner relationships, and focusing on how we acquire and engage our customers. The successful candidate will be an energetic, intellectually curious, customer-first analytical thinker with strong project management skills, clear communication, and have a strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

  • Be a product champion and subject matter expert for the Delta Small Business Products

  • Partner with key internal partners in GCS and Consumer to develop and execute strategies to grow the Delta relationship

  • Actively support budgeting, reporting, and other critical portfolio management activities to ensure we are meeting partner commitments

  • Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to support strategic opportunities to grow the Card portfolio

  • Act as project manager to influence cross-functional partners (Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Legal, and Compliance)

  • Support capability and new product development enhancements to drive demand and best-in-class customer experiences

  • Play a key role in the review and management of ad-doc marketing and servicing customer communication strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in project, consulting, finance or product environments

  • Proven project management and communication skills

  • Customer-focused and desire to understand and relate to business owner needs

  • Comfortable working with partners

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at various levels.

  • Ability to collect and analyze data/insights to drive winning strategies

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize as business needs evolve

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Adept in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • High energy, proactive and solutions oriented with strong positive attitude

  • Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment

  • Passion for learning with a creative and growth mindset

  • Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
