HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Anacortes , WA , is looking for an Insite Industrial Service Admin to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. This position serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. TWIC card is required.

POSITION : Full-Time w/ Benefits

WORK LOCATION : Anacortes, WA (On-site)

WORK SCHEDULE : Monday-Thursday (4–10-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications:

• AP/AR experience required.

• Must possess Data Entry experience.

• Project Inventory Management preferred but not required.

• TRAX experience preferred but not required.

• KRONOS experience preferred but not required.

• Travel Planning experience preferred but not required.

• Enthusiastic personality.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Customer service experience required.

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).

• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously .

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

• TWIC card is required.
