Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Java based application incidents, bug fixes, enhancements, and provide “how-to” assistance to end users;

  • Perform triaging, resolve tickets, and manage SLAs by implement break-fixes;

  • Perform routine maintenance, enhancements for, and tuning of Java backend and front-end applications;

  • Assist users in transferring data, creating reports and perform data requests;

  • Manage systems integrations to/from the application and assist in data transfers;

  • Understand complex customization and business process and implement scalable solutions in cloud or hybrid environments;

  • Implement permanent solution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incidents;

  • Review existing solutions, identify opportunities for continuous improvements, and perform enhancements to systems, including enhancing system performance in On-prem and Cloud environments;

  • Collaborate and work with business and cross-functional teams to identify & implement effective solutions that automates and optimizes technical performance and business processes;

  • Work in shifts, provide hand-over to global teams, and provide on-call support during off-business hours;

  • Understand Core Java, JavaScript, SQL, SQL, Servlets, JSP, Spring frameworks, HTML5, CSS;

  • Work in Cloud-native application development and maintenance (Azure);

  • Work in managed services environment providing application support, with proven knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) process including incident, request, and problem management; and,

  • Demonstrate understanding in finance, mortgage and legal applications is a plus.
