Job Description

The Americas Marketplaces Business Specialist is an individual contributor position within the Omni-Channel Americas Marketplaces Team, reporting directly to Manager team and covering HP Personal Systems, Printing and Printing Supplies, HyperX and Poly categories. In this new position, the Americas Marketplaces Business Specialist works with top Marketplaces HP account managers in North America & Latam, supporting & driving incremental revenue and new business opportunities. This individual will use internal and external agencies & tools to optimize online share. A background in ecommerce, sales & business development are desired skills for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with top Marketplaces sales teams to drive incremental revenue for HP, HyperX & Poly in North America & Latam.

  • Find new CX opportunities in top marketplaces in US, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia & Peru.

  • This job will require a candidate to successfully operate across divisions and business units to improve financial results.

  • Works across countries using diverse reports & tools to proactively identify and resolve issues across countries and marketplaces accounts.

  • Produce reporting, generate statistics, maintain records, and identify patterns to support Qualified Marketplace Program strategy.

  • Maintain a strong sense of confidentiality and respect regarding sensitive company processes and information.

Requirements

  • English (business conversation level)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Experience working with data & data analysis to inform decision making

  • Ability to deliver reports and presentations to a high standard

  • Experience with Marketplaces is a bonus

  • Proven ability to deliver tasks and assignments in a timely manner

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written mandatory

  • Experience communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners

Education and Experience Required

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically, 3-5 years of related and proved experience in ecommerce or marketplaces or digital marketing or digital business development.

  • Typically, 3-5 years of project development experience.
