Position Summary: 

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 

• Handle general enquiries, being approachable, alive and seeking balance with each guest experience

• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence creating memorable guest experiences every day with your curiosity and zest for life

• Support your like-minded Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks 

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings 

About You: 

• An up-to-date RSA 

• Relevant experience in a similar role
