Senior DevOps Engineer with Java Location: Mason, Ohio - Hybrid work model Experience: 9+ years Skills: DevOps CI/CD, Python, Java, Jboss We are looking for a DevOps resource who can deploy the Java applications in the Jboss environment/config changes. Should also have the ability to understand the Java source code and to work with developers on build issues. GitHub configurations (code merge, branch creation), etc. The Python script ability (is a plus) to write the automation script wherever it is needed. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will contribute to the design development and optimization of our infrastructure ensuring high performance and scalability. Experienced build master that can support source-code management branching code merges and Apache software configuration changes. Person will not do application development but must have a background in Java and demonstrate an understanding of coding languages and understanding of security compliance. Person would work with developers and middleware to support a java-based application stack. Associate would also support triaging of issues using an Application Monitoring tool. Person would also assist with JBOSS application management. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
