We are currently looking for a Category Development Manager to join our Beverages team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Category Development Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;
Lead Commercial Planning process:
Own and drive annual commercial planning process and and annual category calendar
Drive alignment of category & channel & customer plans that deliver on annual category targets
Track delivery of commercial plans
Market Share Tracking:
Running the channel planning cycle
Detection of all peaks and building annual plan to overcome those
Regular performance tracking
Shopper Centricity: Source and apply insight to our plans and activations
Gather, share and apply shopper understanding in category & channel business plans
Bring relevant shopper initiatives to life at store in line with customer needs
Ensure Shopper & Customer Relevancy of all NPD
Picture of Success, optimise assortment, display & promo across channels:
Prioritise channels
Development and coordination of best-in-class executional guidelines
Promotional Guidelines (mechanics, depth, frequency, limits).
Participate in pre-post evaluation
Distribution and picture of sucess tracking
Understand and plan optimal investment choices:
Sustain Strategic Revenue Management
Guide the annual allocation of commercial investments across channels/customers
Which profile are we looking for?
Bachelors Degree
Fluent in English
5-7 years of commercial experience
Proven track record of delivering results and result orientated
Advanced knowledge of commercial account planning and execution
Developed understanding of best practice on in store execution
Strategic Revenue Management
Advance Finance skills and trade spend management
Enhanced and developed inter-personal skills
Ability to analyse, examine and extract insight from sales and category data.
