As our Global Change and Communications Specialist you’ll need to bring your expertise in change management frameworks and methods. You are an expert in developing and delivering communication strategies. With your excellent written and verbal presentation skills, you’re a vital part of any team. You have a passion for HR and people-related topics; and a strong interest in the Growth mindset, principles and ways of working.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute communications strategies, plans and campaigns

• Draft global communications, write scripts and articles, develop engaging presentations and utilize multiple communication channels Measure short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change

Skills and experiences

• Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools as well as project management skills

• Knowledge and experience of quantitative and qualitative data analyses to inform decision-making

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills working across cultures

• Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders and countries using multiple channels especially in times of global transformation

• Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid, complex environments
