Amazon Sr Investigation Analyst, EU 3P Expansion in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

Amazon is looking for a talented Senior Investigation Analyst to join the the team in EU 3P Expansion team in Luxembourg. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a Day-1 organization, and provides a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges. As an Senior Investigation Analyst, you would analyze 3rd party sellers in key EU expansion marketplaces in scalable way through advanced BI tools and collaborate with the business to deliver sound, data-backed recommendations to drive business goals.

The ideal candidate will be highly data centric with good exposure in business investigations and analytics. They would have good experience in digging deep into data to identify areas of improvement in business or operations. A successful candidate should be experienced in working with large data sets, be tech-interested and has an ability to work in minimum guidance.

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze terabytes of data using modern BI tools and processes.

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders in the 3p EU expansion team to deliver impactful findings in various analysis/investigations.

  • Fostering culture of continuous improvement through automation and self serve dashboards

  • Provide business insights based on deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviews.

Amazon’s seller marketplace is home to more than two million small businesses, individual sellers and household names who reach tens of millions of potential customers. Today more than 50% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers. EU 3P Expansion is at the forefront of building and scaling our marketplace business across our youngest stores in EU.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar

  • Several years work experience in data analysis or similar experience in past requiring good exposure in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel and other analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in reporting tools – Tableau/Quicksight etc.

Proficiency in R/Python

Proficiency in SQL
