Minimum Requirements:Previous golf pro-shop experience or retail experienceKnowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systemsEffective communication and customer services skillsKnowledge of Microsoft OfficePosition Description:The Pro-Shop Clerk will provide high level customer service to University of Louisville Golf Club members and their guests through point-of-sale, check-in, merchandising, and Club events. This position reports to the Assistant Golf Professional.Job Responsibilities:Greeting and check-in of members and guests including tee time reservations and administration, tournaments, and other events.Merchandising Pro-Shop including point-of sale (POS) and displays.Inventory controlThe Athletic Department is committed to creating equitable and inclusive campus environments that accelerate the success of the full range of our students and employees.
