About the RoleAre you ready to use your leadership and skills in a program management position? This is your opportunity! As an Associate Program Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to manage our cost, schedule, and engineering deliverables, ranging from small to highly complex, for the enterprise. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive others to success Requires strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations

Preferred Qualifications: Typically, 1-3 years of related experience or; Bachelors in Software Engineering, Aviation or Management and typically 1-3 years of program management experience Earned Value Management knowledge Understanding of Agile methodologies Ability to lead PM process & tool improvement for the program. Experience establishing metrics in conjunction with the program stakeholders to ensure appropriate measures are in place and managed Understanding with application tools and data architectures Experience with JIRA, Atlassian Confluence; Wiki Collaboration sites Ability to establish new & further refining existing templates, tools, & guidelines for program documentation & execution.

Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements: Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.

Working Conditions: Rarely exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.) Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials Rarely exposed to loud noises

Estimated Starting Salary Range:$91,154.71 - $125,337.72
