About the Role

Trojan Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Project Manager to join the Innovation and Technology team in London, Ontario to oversee the development of water treatment systems from concept to product launch.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead projects from concept to delivery and ensure alignment across all domain functions of the full project team including Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, Supply Chain, Production, Service, Sales and Marketing.

  • Maintain project documentation (master schedule, risk register, issue tracker, key performance metrics, etc.) in accordance with Trojan Technologies standard work and project tools.

  • Lead or facilitate daily visual management team meetings, design reviews and mitigation of project delays.

  • Provide timely clear communications to key project participants, stakeholders, project steering group and senior management. Report and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to close the issue or mitigate the risk.

  • Participate and drive the development of standard work for the project management organization.

What Are the Qualifications?

  • Post-secondary education in a technical discipline (Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • 6+ years of previous Project Management experience for multi discipline projects (electrical, mechanical, electronics, firmware, software) in a technical industry.

  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional product development projects from concept phase through industrialization and production.

  • Comfortable and proficient with the project management toolbox including management of stakeholder requirements, scope, specifications, WBS, resources, schedule, risk, cost and budget, tracking, and reporting.

  • Visual Project Management is a plus
