Department Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Digital Sales to lead our digital sales channels and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the EVP and President of Retail Wireless, the SVP of Digital Sales will be responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of our digital sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and other digital channels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Sales Team: Build and lead a high-performing team of digital sales professionals. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

  • Develop and Execute Digital Sales Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Continuously evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Set ambitious revenue targets for digital sales channels and develop strategies to achieve and exceed these targets. Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and other initiatives to maximize sales and profitability. Drive innovation and focus for VAS paid conversion, new product development, and consumer ARPU metrics.

  • Optimize Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers across all digital sales channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website functionality, improve mobile app performance, and streamline the checkout process.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop integrated campaigns and product launches that drive digital sales. Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital sales channels and regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

  • Data-Driven: Leverage market and customer insights to identify innovative opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences internally and externally.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.

  • Deep understanding of digital sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and online marketing strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Preferred

  • Experience building an omnichannel experience

  • A proven track record of innovating in digital channels

  • Strong experience operating effectively within a product-led operating model

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $300,000.00/Year - $400,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
