Navistar, Inc. Senior Lead Business Analyst in Lisle, Illinois
Position Overview
Navistar is looking for a Senior Lead Business Analyst to support our Digital Transformation Journey.
This individual will work collaboratively with the business on long term IT roadmaps and will be accountable for delivering strategic and highly critical initiatives and will work closely with functional partners, other appropriate IT functions and business team members.
In this cross-functional IT role you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams such as Commercial Sales, Service Solutions, Used Truck, Finance, etc. to gain an in-depth understanding of the business strategy and domain, processes, and the context in which the business operates.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of complex problem solving and/or analytical activities
Communicate clearly and tactfully with all peers and management on change and impacts
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
Network with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise
Work independently and as needed, lead other professionals or colleagues with less experience through the design and delivery of the solution
Provide overall solution oversight for new projects, improvements, and break fixes
Keep systems roadmap and capability maps up to date with the latest trends and business needs
Develop a strong relationship with the system vendors on their roadmaps and future releases
Be the “Go to person” for any type of end-to-end market to sell solution, functionality, and process issues/challenges etc.
Provide guidance and specialized technical knowledge to systems engineers, and other systems administration staff, developers, analysts, users, and process owners
Propose, lead, and implement scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions and projects meeting internal and external customers’ objectives
Lead solutioning and be responsible for the design, project development, and delivery of solution
Provide process and leadership to project management, develop policies, procedures and standards based on IT best practice and ensures conformance with departmental and enterprise objectives
Mentor junior staff members
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of business analyst experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 6 years of business analyst experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
At least 10 years of business analyst experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
7+ years of Business Analysis experience
API knowledge and understanding
Azure DevOps knowledge
Sql Server Database knowledge a plus
Experience communicating and presenting to all levels
