The Opportunity

The role of Senior Sales Executive is a part of our Abbott Vascular division located in Sweden .

Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.

In the role as Clinical Specialist , you will deliver clinical support objectives in vascular and strengthen our position in preparation for future launches.

The role is field based with main focus on visiting customer, commercial people to maximize opportunities and deliver results. lt is a pivotal clinical support role within the company and therefore requires strong clinical skills with an ability to handle a number of management tasks in addition to regular support and sales work

What You'll Do

  • Deliver market leading customer experience to customers by providing unrivalled support and service based upon strong understanding of customer needs.

  • Support the strategic plans and activities directed by the Sales Manager in the Nordics.

  • Drive the clinical knowledge in order to support the Sales Representative and Territory Manager to deliver revenue growth and account penetration in interventional cardiology field.

  • Propose challenging and reasonable yearly clinical support

  • Work with Sales Representative, Territory Manager and Sales Manager to develop and deliver on call plans and account plans in order to meet agreed revenue targets.

  • Use own initiative to respond to internal and external issues.

Requirements

  • University degree (or equivalent) in science, healthcare/nursing, or business discipline

  • Previous cathlab experience and strong knowledge of the cardiovascular field

  • Strong influential skills - gaining commitment through effective influencing and stakeholder management.

  • Strong clinical knowledge on top of being excellent in building relations.

  • Strong teamwork and facilitation, effective at leading and being a member of teams.

  • Persists despite obstacles and opposition.

  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize.

  • Flexible to travel 3-4 days per week to customers

  • Fluent in English with good knowledge of Swedish

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
