Position Summary 岗位概述 :

Be responsible for formulation process.负责试剂生产配料工作。

Key Responsibilities 关键职责 ：

• Performs PMR to formulate solution for IVD reagents and liquid media. 根据产品主文件，为体外诊断试剂、液体培养基，进行配液。

• Performs problem solving on reagent manufacturing formulation line.试剂生产配料线的在线问题处理。

• Performs selected in-process and release testing associated with manufacturing.生产过程的相关测试，

• Calculates raw material volumes required for each batch by referencing amounts necessary to meet manufacturing schedule and product specifications. 根据计划及产品规格计算材料的加料配比。

• Perform the daily & prevent maintenance of Formulation & filling.配液和灌装的日保养及预防性保养。

• Understand the work process of auto machine, such as the level sensors of upper and lower limits and capacity.理解相关的自动化设备的工作流程，如液位传感器上下限和能力的知识。

• Assists in the planning, scheduling, organizing, and carrying out of multi-staged, multi-stepped processes to produce products. 协助计划安排生产。

• Requires analysis of raw data and interpretation of results or optimize product performance.需要有相关数据分析技巧及优化产品性能。Educational Qualifications:

• College Above or equivalent on chemical，bioengineering etc.化学、生物工程等大专以上及同等学历

• Experience and Other Qualifications:

• At least 3 years operation on IVD manufacturing or other relevant industry （Food，Cosmetics）.3年以上体外诊断试剂生产制造业操作或其他相关行业（食品、化妆品）经验

• Not limit on male or female, good working attitude, honest, patient and careful男女不限，良好的工作态度，正直，仔细

• Would like to attend OT if required. 愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要

• IVD reagent/Liquid media manufacturing experience is preferred有体外诊断试剂或培养基生产经验优先
