R1 RCM Senior Specialist - HR in Hyderabad, India

Responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the organization's long-term goals.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.

  • Source potential candidates through direct, online channels, such as social platforms and professional networks.

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, interviews, assessments).

  • Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events to promote the company.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient candidate management.

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role.

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.

  • Hands-on experience with Medical coding interview techniques and evaluation methods.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

  • Proficient in using HR workday software and candidate management systems.

  • Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
