We are seeking a Program Control Specialist to process travel cost estimates for Program Managers/Program Control Analysts; Provides financial reporting set up, administration, and closes out charge numbers and work force in Unanet accounting system; complete data entry into third party systems; assists in cost controls and billing systems support; tracks/reconciles travel, and ODC expenditures.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Microsoft Office Suite skills

US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance

Desired Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year directly related experience in government contracting program control function

Experience in travel process support and invoicing

Strong attention to detail

Experience in Unanet accounting software

Basic knowledge Government contract administration

Good communication skills

Active clearance is strongly desired
