Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Bookkeeper in Houston, Texas. The primary function of this role is to manage our company's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role is crucial to our business and will be responsible for both accounts payable and accounts receivable, along with ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable promptly and accurately

• Conduct bank and credit card account reconciliations regularly

• Prepare and generate invoices for customers

• Coordinate bank deposits and record all cash receipts

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to maintain financial records and reports

• Perform monthly end-close procedures

• Ensure all bookkeeping practices adhere to established standards and regulations

• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality

• Utilize Bookkeeping and Data Entry skills to maintain financial records

• Account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Strong bookkeeping skills

• Ability to perform accurate Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
