Position Summary: Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Sr. Manager, Cloud Engineering to analyze and coordinate projects to design and develop innovative cloud solutions to complex applications, system administration, or network issues. Duties include: guide the work of technical staff on teams developing the Public Cloud environment and verify performance, availability, and scalability; leverage new and existing technology to accelerate the transformation of IT in support of the business and manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope; collaborate with Architects and Engineers to ensure enterprise application solution designs meet or exceed the organization’s business goals, and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; support applications, system architectures, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; work with cross-functional teams on daily tasks to support project planning and implementation and track project milestones and deliverables; and identify emerging technologies for cloud native workload to enable and accelerate the journey to the Cloud. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing requirements for client system design; Planning, designing, and developing software programs; Providing support for debugging applications; Programming solutions using Java / J2EE; IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM WebSphere DataPower; and Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services). Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
