Family Law Paralegal

Our client, a leading boutique Family Law firm with an office in the Evergreen area is looking for a 3 plus years family law paralegal. You will be responsible for paralegal duties which would include drafting of pleadings, filings with the court systems, handling correspondence, working with the courts and clients, scheduling , calendaring, and all the job functions involved to take care of your assigned clients. 3 plus years of Family law paralegal experience is highly preferred. Since this position involves drafting and accessing of financial statements & tax returns, math and analytical skills are required for this family law paralegal position. Strong computer skills, such as Word & Excel are required. Strong grammar and attention to detail are absolutely necessary for this position. This is a full-time position in the office. The firm offers a very competitive pay, time off, 401k match up to 8%, quarterly insurance, paid health for employee, paid parking, and other excellent benefits. Requirements - 3+ years of relevant experience

• Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired

• Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Family law experience desired

• Civil litigation experience

• Adeptness in filing litigation

• Demonstrated knowledge of management litigation

• Foundational knowledge in litigation

• General familiarity with ParaLegals

• Command of Civil Litigation

• Deep understanding of Civil Litigation Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
