JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.

SPECIFIC JOB RELATED DUTIES:

• Assist departmental staff with maintaining logs and institutional databases enabling development and production of management reports.

• Ensures all required institutional forms are correct and complete and institutional approvals are obtained.

• Enter all applicable project setup data into the appropriate system(s) to establish projects

• Uploads applicable setup documentation to support analyst functions.

• Sends notifications of upload completions.

• Assists department in requesting purchase order to render payments to subrecipients.

• Receives information to be entered into the system.

Commensurate with experience.
