Job Description:

This position is an active member of the Procurement team and is responsible for providing ongoing support to University departments, suppliers, and the community by managing the Procure-to-Pay Helpdesk services. This position supports campus inquiries regarding the purchasing process and contracts, and UF GO (both P-Card and Travel) questions. They will also assist with myUF Marketplace daily procedures including distributing PO’s, handles centralized MyUF Marketplace inquiries (email and SalesForce), supports campus use of myUF Marketplace (requisition creation, change orders and invoicing), enters data into and pulls reports from insurance database, handles centralized UF GO inquiries.

Examples of Work (These are not all inclusive, nor do they cover the full extent of the duties performed):

This position is responsible to research, respond and handle all complex issues including procurement and invoicing transactions, UF GO issues, including Travel and P-Card. As well as monitor the Sales Force ticketing system and develop solutions to ensure timely responds to all inquiries.

They will interpret and explain applicable workflow processes related to policies and procedures to troubleshoot for department users. Proactively identifies and communicates problems and opportunities.

The incumbent will assist with maintaining and updating toolkits, assist with training sessions, such as

hands-on fiscal onboarding and open labs and will conduct additional training as required or requested including

individual, daily Teams trainings and presentations upon request. They will also review cross functional financial practices and procedures to ensure consistency and creates key process documentation.

Expected Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Computer experience is essential.

Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Dreamweaver and Access preferred.

Experience using Adobe Pro features valuable.

Experience with myUF Marketplace, myUFL and UF GO preferred.

Strong customer service experience necessary.

Strong communication skills needed, both written and oral.

Excellent phone etiquette.

Strong typing skills.

Professional demeanor important.
