As a Business Development Manager - Tolley Learning, you will proactively engage with firms to understand their specific business challenges, needs and requirements. You will identify and then educate on where LexisNexis is uniquely positioned to support their compliance needs. You will build out partners and sales channel opportunities to maximize the lead generation and brand exposure.
Responsibilities
Developing new business for our ATT, CTA, ADIT, Foundation and Apprenticeship programmes, leveraging existing and create new relationships for commercials
Managing pipeline, financial forecasting, activity tracking, strategic and territory planning ensuring success
Communicating effectively the value of LN’s products and services via personal presentations and clearly written proposals
Building long-term profitable relationships with senior-level key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts
Collaborating cross-functionally to develop sales and marketing strategies to promote LN’s product and services
Maintaining relationship with channel partners to ensure effective and timely delivery of their commitment
Requirements
Display a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Demonstrate the ability to present and connect to executive level audiences
Have experience of building and maintaining excelling client relationships.
Demonstrate experience in a professional services market with proven track record of beating competitors
Display solid working history of solution based consultative selling to maximize sales through identifying metrics
Have impressive direct sales experience in a professional service or education programme environment
