Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure across our business. The analyst program starts at the end of the Summer and begins with a business specific training program.

You will then rotate across four different departments, where you will have hands-on experience working across Business. Rotations usually provide product management, sales, technical and client-facing experience – allowing you to build a strong professional global network at Citi. In line with Citi’s global hybrid working policy, successful candidates will be required to be present in the office at least 3 days a week.

We want to hear from you if...

· Graduates between 2022 – 2024.

· Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.

· Keen interest in a career in financial services.
