Description

We are recruiting a dedicated Mass Torts Attorney to join a law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will be primarily focusing on mass tort cases, including social security, toxic torts, class action, and veterans affairs. The role involves significant client interaction, potential case evaluation, and management of a sizable docket.

• Communicate with clients on a daily basis

• Draft claim submissions and plaintiff fact sheets

• Review medical and military records for case validation

• Draft client correspondence

• Maintain client information databases

• Lead a team of client engagement specialists

• Document, organize, and prepare files for submission and/or case filing

• Handle additional projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mass torts, class action, toxic torts, social security, or veterans affairs

• NC Bar license required
