We are currently looking for a Product Architect to join our talented Software Development team in Luxembourg. We invite to apply anyone who can design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product strategy, definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.

The Product Architect should drive convergence efforts between different independent initiatives around the product or group of products. Convergence is required in both regulatory, research and innovation policies as well as technology and data ecosystems with the intent of developing implementable strategies, frameworks and technical solutions that can sustain an ethical, open, and democratic European data economy.

What you'll be doing

As a Product Architect, you will …

  • develop and execute the relevant product/product line strategy,

  • lead and manage the creation of an implementable Health Data Strategy that brings together the various Luxembourgish stakeholders,

  • interact with key healthcare and research stakeholders in Luxembourg, to ensure that the design of the solution will meet the real needs of clients across a global ecosystem,

  • advice on the healthcare needed transformation in Luxembourg driven by healthcare innovations (AI, Data Spaces, Gaia-X, smart wearables, etc.),

  • work with Solution Architects, Legal and Marketing teams to define and scope product features and capabilities,

  • coordinate with other architects, designers, and subject matter experts responsible for detailed solution designs,

  • facilitate ideation and design workshops to validate needs, and identify solution designs at a process, technical and organizational level,

  • influence design decisions to ensure that they are operable and robust through an end-to-end lifecycle,

  • ensure that product design meet the common design principles to be applied to a product and is in line with the Luxembourgish Health Data Strategy,

  • evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major design options and assesses and manage associated risks,

  • review product prototypes with other stakeholders at the early beginning to ensure scope and definition is feasible and viable,

  • onboard new stakeholders in the ecosystem (Ministry of Health, CNS, CNPD…) when needed,

  • improve harmonization and establish synergy between the healthcare ecosystem participants,

  • provide leadership on projects.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Significant related experience with a Master’s or higher degree

  • MBA is a plus

  • Any certification in the healthcare domain is a plus

  • Strong experience working in an Information Technology environment in the Healthcare industry.

  • Previous experience in Product/Service Architecture or Business Advisor role in the healthcare business.

  • Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise on design thinking and scaled agile frameworks.

  • Demonstrate good documentation skills, in particular, writing digital and business strategy related to Healthcare domain.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in area of expertise and the ability to facilitate business conversations.

  • Good clients and partners relationship building and engagement skills.

  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.

  • A go-getter with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.

  • Good conceptual insight and ability to think strategically.

  • Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.

  • Service orientated able to create client value whilst maintaining profitable business results.

  • Demonstrates openness and appreciates openness in others.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial skills.
